Backstage: After Dark Dancer – exotic pole dancing session

We’re back with another video created in cooperation with Creative works, this time starring beautiful Kamila Urbanova! You can watch the video on our Youtube or Facebook and because you seemed to like a look behind the scenes last time, we’ve managed to put together a short backstage video again, let’s have a look!

Shooting the video took longer than we expected – in the end, we stayed in the studio until 2 am (though this time luckily we weren’t filming with feathers so we didn’t have to clean the space for as long as we had to last time)! But Kamila was so enthusiastic and tireless that she kept dancing with maximum effort until the end. We must add it was definitely a pleasure to work with her, she did everything just the way the director Ondra wanted, although he sometimes didn’t make it easy for her by giving instructions such as “keep doing what you’re doing until I say stop” :).

We also asked Creative works, why they thought Kamila would be such a great fit for the video. Their answer? “We knew Kamila would be amazing in this exotic video because we know how smoothly she moves when she’s dancing and that she can wear high heels with so much confidence it looks absolutely natural.”

Although you can’t probably tell, because we’ve turned the room into a room full of smoke, we were shooting at the Decadance studio in Brno, where Kamila spends a lot of her time as a pole dance instructor and performer. You also might remember Kamila, she was our Dragonfly girl for the Blue Squared Limited Edition and if you want to see more pole tricks from her, definitely follow her Instagram! She uploads videos from the studio quite often.

And one fun fact: because the whole plan to shoot this was kind of last minute, we weren’t sure the team and Kamila could film it since they were waiting for her outfit to arrive. But luckily we managed to get it to Brno literally just in time, not even two hours before the shoot, haha.

Anyway, this time we wanted the video to be different, a bit more mysterious and thrilling and we personally think that thanks to Kamila’s amazing performance and the Creative works team we managed to show you the Dragonfly outfit – Lisette top and Lisa leggings in a little bit different set up again.
